Want to do something artsy for some new mom friends? Why not try to do a personalized art piece for the new munchkin?
Inspired by all the amazing chalkboard art I’ve seen, I chose a dark gray background and made all the text have their own unique design. I also sprinkled in some free-flowing lines that you often see in chalkboard art. I started with a layer of white paint on the gray background, then layered in the coloured areas to add interest. This particular baby has a super-hero themed bedroom so I chose bold red and blue to complement his room and stay consistent with comic book super-hero colours.
